On Norwegian’s cheapest fare (LowFare) you can bring one free under-seat bag up to 40 × 30 × 20 cm and 10 kg. A cabin bag up to 55 × 40 × 23 cm and 10 kg isn’t included on LowFare: choose a LowFare+ or Flex ticket. It comes with LowFare+ and Flex.
